The Grace Methodist Education Scholarship (formerly known as the Susan Daniel-Brey Scholarship) was originally established by the family of Susan Daniel-Brey in memory of our former pastor. Susan’s faithful leadership, compassion, and commitment to serving others left a lasting impact on our congregation. Through this scholarship, we celebrate her dedication to faith, learning, and community while encouraging the next generation as they pursue their educational journeys.
Over time, the scholarship has grown through the generosity of additional donors within our church community. In recognition of these continued contributions, the fund has been renamed the Grace Methodist Education Scholarship. This name reflects both our ongoing commitment to supporting students in their educational pursuits and our desire to continue honoring the legacy of Susan Daniel-Brey, along with the generosity of those who have helped sustain this scholarship.
This $450 scholarship is awarded to graduating high school seniors or students currently enrolled in a post-secondary educational program. Funds may be only used toward tuition at an accredited college, university, or trade school. The scholarship will be paid directly to the institution.
